TRAINING AUTOGENOIl dolore fisico,la sofferenza
quotidiana,un qualcosa che ti annienta,ti distrugge lentamente,ti cambia
totalmente la vita,naturalmente ci sono terapie farmacologiche specifiche,io
oggi,vi vorrei parlare del Training Autogeno (allenamento che si genera da
se),questa terapia di rilassamento e controllo della mente sul corpo,può dare
benefici notevoli.Naturalmente è una cosa graduale,si comincia con semplici
esercizi di respirazione,fino ad arrivare a tale concentrazione da controllare
l'intero sistema neurovegetativo.Io personalmente ero molto scettico,qualche
anno fa,uno Psicologo mi insegnò i primi passi del Training Autogeno,ora
praticamente non ne posso fare a meno,in special modo per la mia cefalea
cronica,sarà una mia suggestione,sarà che non ci sto con la testa,intanto io
trovo giovamenti incredibili,oltre che per il dolore,mi da padronanza del mio
corpo.Il Training Autogeno nasce nel 1932,elaborato dallo studioso berlinese
J.H.Shultz,una terapia che favorisce la concentrazione,il rilassamento,agisce su
tre livelli,Fisiologico,ristabilendo un riequilibrio
neurofisiologico,Fisico,dando un reale benessere fisico,Psicologico,dona
pace,serenità ed equilibrio,spesso per aiutare il rilassamento si usano musiche
new age melodica distensiva.Ci si distende su un divano,o un letto,l'importante
è stare molto comodi,poi si chiudono gli occhi e si tenta di allontanarsi dalle
brutture,dai ,dolori e dispiaceri del mondo terreno,si immaginano cose che ci
rendono felici e sereni,immaginiamo di non avere piu' un corpo,ma solo la
mente,la quale fluttua leggera nell'universo della serenità.Poi sempre con molta
concentrazione e rimanendo estremamente rilassati,ci concentriamo sulla parte
del nostro corpo dolorante,immaginiamo che fantasmini immaginari
ci sostituiscono la parte dolorante con una parte nuova ed efficiente,ci
autoconvinciamo fino a crederci.Comprendo che possa sembrare assurda e
impossibile,credetemi,con il tempo vi aiuterà tantissimo,provare per
credere.
