DISABILITA'!!!
La disabilità è una condizione di vita personale di chi,in seguito a
gravi patologie,ha una ridotta capacità di interazione con l'ambiente
che lo circonda,rispetto a quelle persone normodotate.Spesso i
disabili,sono considerati inetti,incapaci,a cui è necessario donare il
classico sguardo di compassione.Forse una decina di anni addietro,ora
le persone "diversamenteabili" hanno la cognizione e le leggi che li
tutelano,esistono forum di discussioni,dove ci si informa e si impara
giorno dopo giorno a vivere una nuova condizione di vita,diversa da
altre persone,diversa non vuol dire sempre peggiore,addirittura anche
l'ONU,l'Organiz.Mondiale della Sanità,ci tutelano,esiste una
Convenzione sui Diritti dei Diversamenteabili !! Ebbene,in
Ospedale,proprio nel luogo dove dovrebbere essere piu' informati,piu'
preparati e soprattutto piu' sensibili a determinate situazioni,a me
personalmente è accaduta una cosa spiacevole.Luned' primo Settembre,mi
sono recato presso l'Ospedale di...... be,lasciamo perdere!! per fare
una serie radiografie,io sono un disabile (100%disabilità grave),mi
sono recato presso il punto informativo dell'Ospedale e ho chiesto se
mi era possibile passare avanti,data la mia scarsa autonomia fisica.La
gentile ma impreparata addetta alle P.R.mi ha risposto che ciò non era
possibile,"non esiste una legge che le permetta questo!!" mi ha
risposto.Non convinta ha telefonato alla Direz.Sanitaria,dove le hanno
confermato che era vero,la legge non esiste".Ora mi chiedo come è
possibile che un Ospedale,nel 2008 non sia informato!!!!!! Questa è una
VERGOGNA,un affronto a tutte le persone che soffrono per patologie
importanti,invalidanti,tutti coloro che già hanno ricevuto un calcio in
faccia dalla vita!!!!!! Ebbene cari signori dell'Ospedale di......LA
LEGGE ESISTE!!!
Si,questa norma sul
diritto di precedenza ESISTE,stabilisce"LE SITUAZIONI RICONOSCIUTE DI
GRAVITA'DETERMINANO PRIORITA' NEI PROGRAMMI E NEGLI INTERVENTI DEI
SERVIZI PUBBLICI"Comma 3,art.3 legge 104 del 1992 IMPARATELA!
